Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, it may be returned within 30 days of invoice date. Only unblemished DVDs and Field Guides may be returned for refund. We define unblemished as not torn, scuffed, mutilated or defaced in any fashion. An invoice must accompany your return shipment.

Pruningmatters.com will charge a handling fee of $5.00 on each return. If there is a manufacturing defect with your product, we will replace it free of charge. All shipments must be returned postage paid to Pruning Matters, LLC., P.O. Box 301718, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130.

Orders under a special discount schedule are not eligible for our return policy.
